Non Residential Burglary Elder Court, Mead Lane Hertford

Between 00:00am on the1st October 2024  and 10:50am  3rd October 2024,  offender(s) have entered an underground Car Park and on two occasions between the above times and dates, and  have taken two bicycles from the location
