GOOD NEWS - Offender Charged for multiple offences.


Dear Resident

A woman from Hemel Hempstead has been charged with multiple offences thanks to work by local officers and detectives.

Leah Webster, aged 26, of no fixed address, was arrested on Thursday 14th November 2024.

 

She was subsequently charged with:

• Seven counts of interference with a motor vehicle - in connection with alleged attempts to gain entry to vehicles in the Woodhall Farm area and Pluto Rise.

• Burglary - in connection with the alleged theft of a handbag from a staff area of a business premises in the Marlowes.

• Theft from a shop - in connection with the alleged theft of meat products from Aldi.

• Criminal damage - in connection with alleged damage to a vehicle while attempting to gain entry.

 

She was remanded into police custody and appeared before Hatfield Magistrates' on Saturday 16th November, where she was released on conditional bail by the courts. She is next due to appear at St Albans Magistrates' Court on Thursday 12 December.
