We'd love to share a good news story with you. This morning, we received a call from a member of the public who had mislaid a mobile phone at 09:25hrs. Thanks to the Find My iPhone capabilities, Police were able to track its location and recover the phone to its owner by 10:20hrs! In this case, this phone had been dropped / lost during a walk and a vigilant member of the public had picked it up and charged it, allowing the tracking location to be shared with the original owner. We're pleased to say that we could reunite the owner with their phone swiftly. 

I hope this Good News Story can serve as a reminder to ensure your Smartphone has tracking capabilities such as Find My iPhone or Google Find My Device in case of loss or theft. Consider using an Air Tag in your purse/wallet as another way to track lost property. If you realise your valuables are missing and suspect something may have been stolen, please report to Police as soon as your possible with its most up-to-date location. If your device is tracking to an address that you don't recognise, please do not attempt to recover the items yourself.
