A road safety event for motorcyclists is being held in North Herts next month.

Motorcyclists are invited to the ‘Wheels at The Woodman’ event on Saturday 15 March from 9am to 12pm at The Woodman Inn, Nuthampstead.

The event has been arranged by PC Tom Woollard of the Royston Neighbourhood Policing Team (NPT).

PC Woollard said: “Come and join us in March for a morning of motorbikes, discussion and road safety awareness.

“The main aim of the morning will be to promote rider safety and motorcycle injury prevention.

“As well as members of the NPT and Roads Policing Unit, we will be joined by colleagues from the Fire and Rescue Service, The Roads Victims Trust, BikeSafe and The Institute of Advanced Motorists to talk all things bikes.

“We’d love to see you there.”
