Dear Resident On 16th March a residential burglary took place in Northridge Way between 1800 -2020hrs
The vicitms car was last seen on the driveway at around 1800. The keys to the car were left in the hallway to the house, next to the unlocked porch door. unknown offender has entered the house and stolen the car keys and then stolen the car, blue Peugeot 208 and made off in it in unknown direction Victim recalls checking their front door at around 22:00 hours and finding their car missing. Ring door bell footage appears to show the car present at 19:13 hours and gone by 20:20 hours of the 16/03/2025.

Tips to prevent burglary: Check downstairs windows and doors are securely locked before you leave or go to bed. Use a “Fake TV” or timer switches on lamps to give the impression someone is at home. Don’t leave keys, phones or other valuables on windowsills or in any other visible place. Secure UPVC doors by lifting the handle and locking it to engage the security features. Consider using a doorbell camera, interior camera or a monitored burglar alarm. Securely lock rear gates, sheds and garages. Keep tools and ladders locked away, as they could be used to break into your home.
