Dear Resident
Between Monday 21st April at 6:00pm and Tuesday 22nd April at 06:45am damage was caused to crops and fields off Wyddial Road in Buntingford. Unknown Suspects are believed to have been hare coursing and have driven a vehicle across the fields which has caused damage to crops. If you saw anything suspicious, please contact the police non-emergency number 101, quoting crime number 41/36636/25. Alternatively, you can give information anonymously via Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111. Tips to prevent hare coursing and poaching: Remain vigilant in rural locations and report any suspicious activity in the area. This may include 4x4 vehicles or vans parked in remote rural location at the roadside of fields. Report groups of people seen with multiple dogs walking across cropped fields. Report locations using What Three Words App (W3W). | ||||
