Good Morning

At approximately 05:00 hours this morning on Wednesday 23rd April , Two individuals have entered cars which were parked along Church Road in Watford and attempted to steal items contained within. One individual has been apprehended and arrested however if you have seen or heard anything and/or had your vehicle interfered with please call Police on the 101 non -emergency number. Please quote crime reference numbers 41/36965; 36960 and 36959.
