Dear Resident,

I am pleased to introduce myself as as one of your local officers. The Neighbourhood Policing Team are here to work with the community to address your local priorities. While our intervention teams respond to 999 calls and our Local Crime Unit detectives handle investigations, the Neighbourhood Team work in addition to these teams to provide this dedicated support to the community.

Every four months, we ask the public for feedback through our Priority Setting Survey. This survey allows us to gather your feedback and establish three priorities for your local area. The results of the survey are reviewed by local officers like me to understand how the community feels.

We want to thank you for taking part in the recent survey, which as a result has set our new priority to tackle drug related issues on ALBAN WAY and in PARKHOUSE COURT. As you have identified this as an issue we are getting in touch to see if you had any further information that would help us address these issues and help us to develop a response plan.

Your feedback is so important and allows us as local officers to understand what matters most to you.
