Dear Resident,

Just to let you know that the Potters Bar & Shenley Neighbourhood Policing Team will be at Tesco Express on Andrews Close in Shenley as part of the national police week of action to tackle knife crime. 

As part of this we will be conducting a surgery for a knife amnesty. Please bring any weapons, knives/sharp or bladed instruments that could be used in knife crime locally and we will take them for disposal

This event will be on Sunday 18th May 2025 between 11am to 12 Noon

Your local Neighbourhood PCs & PCSOs will be there with a knife amnesty bin to safely dispose of them. 

You are also very welcome to come along, meet the team and to also discuss any other concerns you may have too.
