Burglary to Business premises

Dear Resident

 

On Thursday the 3rd of July 2025, between 01:53 and 02:04 AM a burglary took place at a supermarket on Watling Street, Radlett

 

Three male suspects arrive outside the shop with a navy blue Audi, gain access to the shop by tampering with the controls, then proceed to attach a long ratchet strap to the till and car. They then attempted to use the car to pull at the till three times before driving away towards M25. Car is suspected to be on cloned plates. 

Male 1 (driver) is described as wearing light grey jogging bottoms, black hoodie, and black trainers. Male 2 is describes as wearing medium grey coloured jogging bottoms and hoodie with black and white trainers. Male 3 is described as wearing a yellow hoodie with a large circular motif on the back, black or dark trousers and black trainers with white soles.

  • Check windows and doors are secured before leaving the premises  

  • Ensure burglar alarms are set correctly when premises are closed.

  • Consider using CCTV cameras or a monitored burglar alarm. 

  • Don’t leave valuables in visible places.

  • Keep equipment locked away, that could be used to break into your premises.
