Restart a Heart Event - London Colney Parish Council : Fri 17 Oct 16:00

This is a reminder sent to all residents within the St Albans, Harpenden, and London Colney Districts that a CPR Restart a Heart Event will be taking place this afternoon/evening at the Caledon Community Centre in London Colney. The event will be running in partnership with St John Ambulance to raise awareness about life saving First Aid. This will be a fun and engaging way of learning CPR and to meet your local Police and local St John Ambulance Teams. 

The event will be running from 4pm-8pm so if you want something for your children to do after School, or you'd like to pop along after work, please do. There is free on-site parking and regular buses between St Albans and London Colney. We hope this is an accessible event for everyone so that more people are equipped with life-saving First Aid skills should the worst happen.
