Dear Resident Several vehicles have been interfered with on Pulleys Lane, Hemel Hempstead, at approximately 02:50 of 01/01/2026 and 05:00 of 07/01/2026. The same offender appears to have attempted on both times.
At both material times, the offender has attempted to access several parked vehicles in the area, before making off in an unknown direction. It is likely that several other vehicles have been attempted around both material times. On 01/01/2026, the offender was a male wearing a grey hoodie/jacket and jogging bottoms, with the hood pulled up. On 07/01/2026, the offender was wearing the same clothes with a black balaclava on his face.
