Health Walk - King George Park Thursday 22nd Jan 10:30am

Dear Resident,

Bushey Neighbourhood Police Team will be attending the Hertfordshire Health Walk on 22nd January from 10:30am which begins at King George Park, Bushey in the Café. Hertfordshire Health Walks | Hertfordshire County Council

The county council run health walks in local parks to encourage residents to exercise safely with first-aid trained volunteers. These walks are free to attend and you don't have to book, just turn up 10 minutes early to fill out a new walker form with the council.   Police regularly attend to speak to residents about local issues and any concerns they have.

Each walk is graded to ensure those who attend can be prepared for the intensity. This walk is graded 2-3 which means it will likely be 45 to 60 minutes, fast pace and with moderate hills. This walk will end near the King Stagg Pub (WD23 3EH).
