Two arrested in connection with bank card thefts in Bushey Heath |

Officers have arrested two men following reports of bank cards being stolen whilst drivers have been paying for parking in Bushey Heath. Police have been receiving reports of residents being approached when paying at machines. The suspects are reported to have distracted victims before stealing their bank cards. At this time, there has been three reports at The Rutts Car Park and on High Road, Bushey Heath. On Thursday 12 March, two men were arrested by the Hertsmere Neighbourhood Policing Team (NPT) in connection with the reports: The men have been bailed while further enquiries continue. PC Luke Hinchcliffe, from the Hertsmere NPT, said: “We hope the news of these arrests provides reassurance to residents.
