Mobile Police Station Event in Watford

Good morning Resident, 

I hope you're well. I'm writing to you as one of the local officers for Watford Town Centre to share some positive news. On Saturday 30th May, we welcomed the Mobile Police Station to Watford, popping up at Waterfields Retail Park and Watford Arches Retail Park. As a Town Centre team, much of our day-to-day business involves supporting businesses and retailers within our town centre and tackling retail crime. Whilst this was a great opportunity for us to engage with our shops and provide a high-visibility deterrent for any thieves in the area, this event proved a handy way for residents to come and speak to their local policing team about real issues and concerns. We were met by over 130 people, some local and some visiting Watford for the weekend. We were pleased to sign up some residents to Herts Connected.
