The new priority for May to August is anti-social behaviour in reported hotspot areas across Berkhamsted and Tring.

Officers will be analysing data and reports to carry out patrols and work with partners, residents and businesses to problem solve the issues.

Residents previously asked us to focus on fly-tipping in Tring and surrounding villages.

• Patrols have been carried out in areas where fly-tipping has been reported.
• Landowners have been given advice.
• Officers have been liaising with colleagues in the Rural Operational Support Team and at the borough council to help tackle the issue.
• An operation was held to check waste carrier licenses. Multiple vehicles were stopped, with one person issued with a Community Resolution for transporting controlled waste without registering as a carrier.
• CCTV images have been issued as part of ongoing investigations.

• Multiple speed check operations have been conducted in areas that residents have highlighted as a concern, with several drivers being spoken to and tickets being issued. These checks continue, with support from the Special Constabulary.
• Patrols have been carried out in areas where anti-social vehicle use has been reported, mainly during the evenings. Section 59 warning notices have previously been issued.
