Anti-social behaviour in Buntingford. Issued 01 January 2026	Officers from the Neighbourhood Policing Team have been conducting patrols which that focus on anti-social behaviour in the area in Buntingford including all the parks. Officers have held a multi agency meeting with regards to what further steps we can take to help with the ASB. This was held with an ASB Senior Officer, the Child Exploitation dept, CYP, CSP and local NPT teams. We are continuing to carry out these patrols in the future. Actioned 01 March 2026
Reduce incidents of hare coursing and poaching. Issued 01 January 2026	Neighbourhood Policing Team are continuing to run operations for high visibility patrols for hare coursing & poaching as well as anti-social use of vehicles (which also includes that for hare coursing & poaching). Due to our regular patrols, we are now seeing a decrease in reports. • A Barn Meet was held at the start of February to enable the rural community to meet with the local policing team, get advice and discuss any concerns. The Chief Constable and Police and Crime Commissioner were also in attendance. • Three men have been charged in connection with a suspected hare coursing incident in Hunsdon.
