The use of E-scooters on public land is not allowed, and can present a danger to pedestrians and other road users alike. The Neighbourhood Policing Team undertook activities to address this issue including education and enforcement of relevant legislation. Fly-tipping in Royston Rural Through increased patrols and close partnership working with landowners, farmers and businesses, the Neighbourhood Policing Team focused on reducing fly-tipping. This forms part of a wider, ongoing effort to reduce rural crime and see further crime prevention initiatives between police and local communities. Actioned 07 April 2026
