Tackle theft, begging, street drinking, drug dealing and substance misuse and associated ASB in shopping precincts and shops across North Stevenage.

• We have executed several warrants at addresses in the area, resulting in arrests for drug related crime.
• Numerous people have been arrested for drug related issues, including knife possession.
• We have carried out targeted patrols to tackle vehicle interference, resulting in stop searches of known offenders.
• The Oval has been included in our extra Hot Spot patrols.
• We have monitored licenced premises which are known to be associated with ASB and test purchase operations have been carried out to ensure licensed premises are adhering to the terms of their licences.
• Knife sweeps have been regularly carried out at the Oval and St Nicholas Park.

16/02/26 update - Mobile and foot patrols have been carried out around The Oval and numerous arrests have been made in connection with drug related crime.

Continue to tackle nuisance driving and vehicles across the area.

Numerous e-bikes and e-scooters have been seized under Op Scoot.
Speeding operations in Martins Way, Canterbury Way, Ripon Road, and Wedgewood Way have been conducted resulting in fines being issued.
