Tackle reports of illegal drug use. Residents had reported suspected drug use – in particular, reports of the smell of cannabis impacting neighbouring properties. Issued 01 May 2025 |
Police regularly conduct drug-related enforcement action, such as arrests, use of stop and search powers and warrants at addresses suspected of being involved in the supply of illegal drugs. Officers also work with partner agencies to close down addresses that are suspected of being involved in drug crime or associated anti-social behaviour. This means that the property cannot be used or inhabited for a set period, and it is a criminal offence for people to do so. Actioned 01 May 2025 |
